Delivery/Shipping Information

The products you have purchased are transported all over Turkey by contracted cargo companies.

Please check the products during cargo delivery. If there is any damage to the product packaging or the product, please file a report with the cargo officer and contact our company. In this case, the product will be replaced by us; otherwise, our company is not responsible for product damage when the cargo officer leaves the delivery area.

The products you have purchased are delivered to cargo within one business day after order and payment confirmation, except for special circumstances. Special cases include public and regional holidays, New Year's Eve and combined religious holidays. Since distribution partners do not work during these holidays, shipment may be delayed after the holiday, depending on the order entry date.

For all products, the products are delivered to the contracted cargo company within 1 business day after the order and payment are completed.

If there is a stock problem with an ordered product, the customer is immediately contacted and informed.

You do not have to pay any fee to the delivery person during delivery.
